I’ve been going to The Good Dentist for over 8 years now, and they’re honestly the best! I’ve had the pleasure of being treated by Garreth and Jason. My experience has been so positive and I’ve felt well looked after every appointment. I especially appreciate the time they take to have a chat with you before your treatment and they’re always up for a laugh. I’ve recently finished my Invisalign treatment with Jason and couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole process was super smooth and the difference in my smile is amazing! The whole team is lovely too, always friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommend!

After nights of a throbbing toothache I was able to book an apportionment for the following day, after a quick xray it was clear I needed root canal or extraction to relive a large abscess. The thought of root canal sounded painful and requiring hours in a chair but Jason and the team at Good Dentist have the latest tech and advancements in dentistry, no experimental anaesthetic or loud/vibrating tools jammed in your mouth. Jason explained each step, gave rough durations and before I knew it, the procedure was done, considering what happens in root canal it was quick, painless and comfortable. Considering the alternative of extracting a front tooth, 2 trips to the dentist to save my tooth was a no brainer

I’m not a fan of dentists and was pretty nervous attending my appointment. I booked a consultation with Jason to discuss straightening my teeth, along with a check-up and clean. I was amazed at how modern the clinic was and how professional Jason and his dental assistant, Sarah, were. They both calmed my nerves and explained everything they were doing. The scanning technology they used blew my mind. Jason clearly explained what needed to be done with my teeth, pointed out potential problem areas, and even showed me before and after images of what my teeth would look like with Invisalign. After the gentlest clean, polish, and a great chat, I left the dentist with a full understanding of my treatment plan and surprisingly, an enjoyable experience. Thank you, Dr Jason, and the lovely Dental nurse Sarah, for your professionalism and calming manner. I’m actually looking forward to starting my treatment with The Good Dentist. 10/10

I’ve had quite a few procedures done here — from multiple fillings to a root canal and most recently wisdom teeth extractions — and I can honestly say the experience has been far smoother than I ever expected. Michael explained each step clearly, made sure I felt comfortable throughout, and created an environment where I felt completely at ease. What could have been a stressful process was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine reassurance. I’m grateful for the quality of treatment and the way he makes patients feel supported. Highly recommend!

I chose to go to The Good Dentist at the end of last year based on reviews, and the rating they have is very accurate with my experience and treatment I received. I had not been to the dentist in over 20 years so I didn’t know what to expect. The experience from booking the appointment to my treatment were very professional and friendly every step of the way. I was treated by Dr Mike and Aimee, and both made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Dr Mike thoroughly explained each step during my assessment and treatment, and gave constant reassurance which kept me completely at ease. Thanks Dr Mike and Aimee, I couldn’t be happier with the quality and supportive treatment I received from you both.

I chose The Good Dentist for Invisalign and veneers before my wedding, and it was one of the best decisions I made during the whole planning process. The care, patience, and skill from the entire team were exceptional. They truly understood how important the timing and end result were to me, and they absolutely delivered. My smile looked natural, beautiful, and me - and I felt so confident on my wedding day. Forever grateful and would recommend them to anyone considering dental work.

Our visits to The Good Dentist are consistently smooth and hassle-free. During our most recent visit, my young daughter had an appointment that for many is quite daunting, but Dr. Garreth and Mekah turned it into an easy and calm experience. Excellent experience at The Good Dentist. I was assisted by Dr Gareth and his wonderful team, and the service was absolutely fantastic. Dr Gareth explained everything so clearly and created a detailed treatment plan. I was very scared of needles, but made sure l was comfortable the entire time, l felt no pain at all, even after the procedure. I’m truly happy and grateful to be a patient at The Good Dentist. Highly Highly recommend!

The Good Dentist was recommended by my son when we moved to Newcastle. I have to say they are seriously the best dental surgery I have ever been to, hand on heart. From the moment I initially visited I was so impressed with the welcome and caring receptionists. I have always feared the dentist however on meeting the lovely Gareth and team I was soon feeling calmer and confident. His gentle, honest and friendly presence added to the experience. The staff are beyond kind, friendly and caring. I was surprised to get follow up calls checking in on how I was feeling. They go above and beyond every time.
